Yesterday’s cardio, this morning
I walked this morning because I was so tired last night. Annoyed too, for no particular reason. So I went to sleep and rested in my microfleece sheets, waking today much happier and peaceful.
Only walked 20 minutes, though, in anticipation of my training workout this afternoon and also seeing things around the house I want to get to: organizational things like setting up my craft area and filtering through the kids’ old toys. It’s my day off and I want to accomplish something.

I’ve some advice for you. Don’t wait until your 88 to do what you know you should do today because you will find it awfully easy to put it off today what you think you’ll do tomorrow.I am an expert on the matter.
