Thanks, Linda! Might try some tonight! Is it bad to work out in the evening? I know lots of people go to the gym in the evening, but I mean like 9:00, after dinner’s eaten and kids are in bed and everything. Will you ask Justin for me? It’s either that, or really early in the morning and I’m afraid I’ll wake the whole house up with bouncing around the living room at 5:00!! (Plus, I don’t really want to get up that early!)

    Kel,
I’ve asked Justin about this before and remember him saying that, of course, mornings are most effective, but that nights are ok too. Exercising stimulates your metabolism, so having that work in your favorite throughout the day is fantastic.

Most of the time, I workout at night or in the afternoon because of schedule, too. I’ve worked out super late before—1 am—and come away feeling happy, happy. So, don’t you think it’s mostly about being consistent in doing it and also enjoying the process? I do.

I totally agree. And I think that we give ourselves enough excuses to not do it, so why not just at least do it when we can? Like I said before, I got that Firm video and I really like what I’ve tried. It’s a little tricky, as it’s quick paced and some dance moves that I’m not quite hip enough to figure out yet, but I know it will come. The other thought I had about early in the morning is that right now, since I’m nursing, it probably wouldn’t be very comfortable for me to bee-bop around. You know what I mean? I’m starting the video tonight and I will let you know how it goes. By the way…you’re crazy…1am!
