Did it
One full week of workouts, and I loved it!
Thanks, Justin.
So, the easiest part for me is the treadmill. It’s addictive—and the brainless, escape to another place part of it brings relaxation in a strange way. I mean, my heart is pumping and it’s making me sweat, but I get to zone out or think about great things.
The hardest part is still those dang stairs. It will come as my legs grow in strength. I think I’ll measure my success by how many stair reps I can do.

WOOOOO-HOOOOOO LINDA! Good job on your first week back in the fitness routine. That’s awesome. The stairs will come. It’s soooo hard for me just to walk the three stairs into the nursery while holding Bridget…I can’t even imagine a whole bunch of them! I did do a post pregnancy workout this morning, but to my dismay, it was only ten minutes! Barely even made me think! So, I guess I’ll just try doing my own thing for awhile. I have a treadmill too, it’s just kind of buried in the guest room right now. I’ll get it out, though and join you. I need some accountability as well. Thanks for the inspiration you always are! Keep up the great work!
